About Me
Hi, my name is Berni Wilkinson and I have worked within the Dental Industry my whole career.
With over 25 years of experience in UK dentistry, I am passionate about helping new and aspiring Dental Practice Managers and Lead staff progress and build the skills, confidence and systems they need to lead successfully.
Through Mentor, I focus on excelling in Compliance and simplifying day-to-day management operations — turning what often feels overwhelming into clarity and control.
My goal is to equip tomorrows Practice Managers and Lead Staff to thrive, not just survive, by giving them the tools, insight, and assurance to become leaders and run efficient, compliant, and high-performing practices.

PGDip in Senior Leadership -Combination of academic knowledge and skills and hands-on expertise in senior leadership, customer service and practice management.

Strong foundations in Psychology and Counselling - achieving a BSc Honours Degree from Lancaster University in 2016. This allows me to bring a unique perspective to team leadership, collaboration and organisational growth
